Somos Sesame HR y buscamos el nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo de Sales. Queremos contar contigo para formar parte de la construcción de la tecnología que lleve la gestión de los recursos humanos al siguiente nível, y sobre todo, que disfrute con nosotros del camino.

**Sobre Sesame HR**

Nos presentamos Somos un software de Recursos Humanos que optimiza los procesos relacionados con la gestión de empleados y los centraliza en una plataforma. A través de una serie de herramientas y automatizaciones, ayudamos a las empresas a digitalizar y simplificar las tareas más rutinarias para ahorrar tiempo y obtener mejores resultados.

**A nível técnico es indispensable que controles mucho de**:

- Estar cursando último año de grado o tener finalizados los estudios universitarios relacionados con Marketing, Economía, ADE o similar.
- Cualidades para el talento tecnológico
- Capacidad para interpretar grandes cantidades de datos y multitareas.
- Grandes capacidades para pensar de manera analitica y crítica
- Forma de trabajo autónoma y confiable con atención al detalle.
- Orientado al rendimiento: siempre centrado en la optimización y el crecimiento.
- Mentalidad analítica y basada en datos con capacidad de extraer información de los mismos.

**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
- Análisis de mercados y sectores para identificar oportunidades de negocio
- Descubrir nuevos clientes potenciales a través de la investigación en Internet y LinkedIn
- Aprender la metodología Outbound/Inbound
- Apoyar los esfuerzos de marketing mediante correo directo y otras campañas
- Creación de bases de datos para campañas de captación de clientes
- Soporte diario del CRM
- Programación de reuniones entre clientes potenciales y agentes de ventas
- Investigar clientes potenciales desde el sitio web, darles seguimiento y asignarlos al agente de ventas
