Tu Rol:

- Preparación de la documentación necesaria a presentar en un proceso de compra pública.
- Alimentar la herramienta propia para la digitalización y gestión de compra pública.
- Seguimientos mensuales de las ofertas comerciales y condiciones de estas.
- Administrar los flujos de aprobaciones con herramienta propia.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de ofertas comerciales.
- Cálculo de compensaciones para clientes de acuerdo con las ofertas comerciales vigentes.
- Soporte técnico a las diferentes unidades de negocios en la solicitud de datos: ventas; pedidos; condiciones de ofertas; precios etc.

Quién eres:

- Buscamos una persona con iniciativa, proactiva, polivalente, con capacidad analítica, organizada, metódica, rigurosa, con elevada orientación al cliente interno y una potente visión comercial. Con habilidad interpersonal y capacidad de adaptación a los cambios.
- Formación universitaria doble Grado Derecho y ADE sería deseable. Valorable Derecho con un master relacionado con economia, farmaeconomia, contratación publica o similar
- Imprescindible: dominio alto del paquete MS Office (especialmente Excel) y nível de inglés fluido real tanto hablado como escrito.
- Para ser elegible Trainee tienes que estar matriculdo, en activo en un centro educativo
- Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar a jornada completa de Lunes a Viernes de Octubre 2023 a Septiembre 2024
