**About Valvest Capital**

Valvest Capital is a scale up in the real estate private equity domain. We are based in both Valencia and Amsterdam.

Together with our diverse pool of international investors we source and transform all kinds of buildings into residential apartments, holiday apartments and/or small hotels in the Valencian area.

We aim to control the process from start to finish, meaning we not only source and identify opportunities, but we also transform the real estate using our own construction teams and thereafter keep it under management.

**About the role**

**Transaction manager**
- We are looking for an associate to assist one of the co-founders with day to day activates of the business.
- Opportunity to help us scale-up the company and the possibility to get a position managing the property sales and rental division.

**Who are you?**

You have some experience in real estate, sales or a passion for real estate investing.
- **Experience** - Minimal 0-5 years experience in a similar role.
- **Acquisitions** - Playing an active roll in purchasing of new properties.
- **Asset management** - Managing the rental portfolio, including dealing with connecting water, electricity and Wi-Fi, co ordinating tenant check ins/outs, cleaning of units, tenant/lease management etc.
- **Operational tasks - **Assisting the team with day-to-day activities in the business.
