The Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

The key accountabilities will include:
**Reception desk**
- Handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Develop effective relationships with internal client
- General administrative functions (filing, printing, copying, faxing, laminating etc)
- Greet visitors (clients/vendors) with a professional and positive attitude and in line with the security procedures
- Coordination of transport/taxi arrangement for visitors

**Meeting Planning**
- Coordinate the meeting room schedule and ensuring special requirements in terms of setup and equipment are met
- Coordinate/distribute hospitality requests for internal/external meetings
- On-site coordination for videoconference calls

**Mailroom services**
- Process and responsible incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and packages
- Coordinate courier express service
- Manage 'Lost and Found' item
- Trip to post office for mail delivery service and postage stamp management

**Administrative work**
- Monitor and Make order of stationary, catering, office supplies according to request
- Process payment of routine cost such office rental, management fee, maintenance cost, courier & Facilities supplies etc.
- Security management for all entrances & CCTV tracking
- Office Access Card management
- Maintain clean and tidy in the area of front desk and lobby
- Administration of Company vehicles (if any)
- Coordination with archiving company (if any)
- Administration of helpdesk requests
- Attend to vendor when performing maintenance routine
- Acts as first contact point for Corporate services related questions if those services are not locally represented (HR, Finance, IT, procurement).
