Transport Planner

Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Transport Planner.

**Mission and Key Tasks**:

- Guaranteeing a reliable customer service with smooth communication to both the customer service department and the carriers
- Administration, organization, and follow-up of the optimal transport between the various Ontex locations and direct shipment to customers
- Being responsible for the follow-up and operations of an external warehouse
- Drawing up delivery documents for international customers
- Actively participate in improvement projects in collaboration with the manager
- Identify efficiency improvements and implement cost savings.
- Comment on discrepancies between actual costs and transport budget
- Provide support with daily operational problems.
- Follow up of the planned and still to be planned shipment in SAP.
- Keep control over different intercompany flows and track changes with production planning,
- Monitoring the various work processes and historical trends.
- Contribution to the service level Target by minimizing and being able to explain the LO and TR losses.

**Background and Experience**:

- Education on logistics or experience in logistics.
- You can express yourself fluently orally and in writing in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
- You are customer-oriented and prepared to work according to existing procedures.
- You have a sense of organization and detail: you can work systematically, punctually, and accurately.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible (you can work with continuously changing data and data)
- You can work independently and in a team.
- You are eager to learn and can think creatively in a solution-oriented way...
