We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic team. As Quality Standards & Measuring Equipment Control Manager, your primary mission will be to manage at Getafe Plant Level the different Control Plans, control the measurement equipment, and lead the digital projects related to this area, and also with the responsibility of being Pom Rep for FU.IN.05 "Perform Production Process Verificationz", EN.OS.02 "Monitor and Control Measuring Equipment" and BQM for FU.IN.03.01 "Produce Routings, As-Prepared Bill of Material and Standard Operating Instruction process". You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the control plan for quality control processes, including inspection procedures, sampling techniques, and data analysis methods.
- Oversee and maintain the calibration and verification of measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead digital projects aimed at enhancing quality control processes, such as implementing digital inspection tools, data analytics, or automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement, develop action plans, and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure PFMEA method adherence and an train methodology to quality population (Quality focal point for PFMEA Method)
- Secure logistics for Customer attendance in Getafe plant to perform aircraft inspections ( Airlines Customer inspections management and coordination )
- Train and mentor his team members on quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requisites:

- Master degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, control plan development, measurement equipment management, and digital quality tools.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality control (e.g., EN9100 ISO 9001, ISO17025, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
