Venari Network recruits on behalf of the largest brands within the Foreign Exchange and FinTech market.
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
**Location**: Costa Del Sol
**Status**: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
We are looking to double in size over the next three years and understand the power of partnerships and see this as being as essential element of our growth.
We are building a high-performance team to support us in our growth plans. Are you up for the challenge?
Key Performance Area’s (include but are not limited to):
- Partnership Development
- Sourcing new leads for further business development
- Performance management
- Customer Engagement and Support
- Act as the Face-to-Face support for Smart
**This is a business-to-business role where you will be expected to source and onboard new partners independently, to generate leads through building and nurturing effective relationships. We will be looking for you to go out on the road to meet potential new partners face to face and to canvas areas, to identify new opportunities.**
Critical to this role will be the ability to develop both internal and external relationships as this role will encompass working closely with the internal sales and trading teams.
This is a sales role, therefore the ability to sell is essential. In addition, sound account management skills will also have an influence on success.
The position should be an ambassador of our values of Customer Service, Respect, and People.
This role will report directly to the International Business Development Manager (Private Client)
We are only able to progress with Spanish residents at this time as we are unable to offer sponsorship.
