n Grupo Adecco estamos colaborando con importante empresa del sector químico ubicada en Sagunto para la búsqueda de un/a Project Management Office para gestionar los Proyectos Estratégicos para la Recuperación y Transformación Económica.

Tu misión principal será gestionar todos los procesos financieros dentro de la empresa. Desde la preparación, gestión, registro y análisis de las transacciones financieras de la empresa a través de SAP S4 Hana.

Responsabilidad total de todo el proyecto de inversiones de F3 y responsable de escalar las decisiones clave que se tomarán, mientras lidera los órganos de gobierno del proyecto (reuniones del Comité de Dirección y Comités de PMO)

Serás el/la representante de la compañía en España ante grupos de interés externos (Administración Pública y órganos de gobierno de Agrupación F3).

En tu día a día te encargarás de;
- Toma de decisiones operativas con respecto al avance del Proyecto
- Monitoreo del presupuesto de inversión, rendición de cuentas para asegurar estimaciones de Subsídios Públicos, gestión de posibles desviaciones frente al plan programado y definición de planes de mitigación/comunicación
- Supervisar y brindar orientación a todo el equipo de PMO (líderes de WS, soporte de PMO y controlador financiero)
- Manejo de problemas tácticos y operativos relacionados con la ejecución del proyecto.
- Revisar y modificar (cuando corresponda) el modelo de gobierno de la PMO para asegurar el tamaño y las cargas de trabajo correctos

**Requisitos**
Experiência demostrable en gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidades y capacidades de gestión de proyectos para liderar proyectos de transformación complejos
- Conocimiento de la regulación de las Subvenciones Públicas
- Pensamiento analítico y conocimientos financieros
- Capacidad para gestionar las relaciones institucionales con partes interesadas externas
- Capacidad para defender los interés de la compañía frente a stakeholders externos
- Capacidad para liderar, motivar e inspirar con éxito a los equipos de PMO de F3 (miembros ejecutivos/as y equipos de trabajo)
- Fluidez en inglés y español.
- Valoraremos muy positivamente: Formación de equipos y liderazgo de equipos, toma de decisiones estratégicas y orientación a objetivos, conocimientos de MS Office 365 y habilidades del idioma alemán
