As a recruiting partner of THOST Projektmanagement GmbH we are looking for you as **Technical Project Assistance **(a) (80-100%) at the location in Budapest / Keczkemet (Hungary), Sofia (Bulgaria), Valencia (Spain) and in Jawor (Poland). In this position, you will support the project management team in the independent organization and implementation of projects. You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings, the handling of correspondence as well as data and document management. **What You Will Be Doing**
- Support of the project management team
- Independent organization of the project secretariat THOST
- Preparation and follow-up of external and internal appointments and meetings
- Handling of telephone and written correspondence as well as taking minutes Preparation and follow-up of external and internal appointments and meetings
- Data management & document management / administration project filing
- Order management, purchase requisitions
- Task management
**What You Bring To The Job**
- Successfully completed commercial training
- A few years of professional experience in the field of assistance or secretarial services
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Self-initiative, team and communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Native language of the country + very good English language skills
**Nice-to-Haves**
- High affinity to software tools (e.g. Smart Sheet, cost-database-system)
- Experience in the area of major projects
- German language skills
