To this end, we offer the position of **Construction Purchasing Manager**

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**

The **Construction **Purchasing Manager **will join the Purchasing team reporting to the Head of Purchasing and giving support on:

- To lead tender processes, bid development and sub-contract negotiations
- To develop sustainable, win-win relations with suppliers, securing operations with transparence and trust.
- To continuously monitor selected suppliers, reacting to deviations and supporting panel management.
- Supplier on-boarding and internal relationship management.
- Identify and implement cost-out opportunities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual capable of taking up this challenging opportunity to develop an ambitious project. Applicants should have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and should be open to intense interdisciplinary collaboration, first in an early-stage start-up but moving progressively to an efficient mid-size organisation.

Specifically, we will assess expertise in the following aspects:

- Technical / Superior Engineering Degree preferred in the field of mechanical or civil engineering.
- 5 years of experience in subcontracting and purchasing in the construction sector.
- Experience in project based purchasing and pre-contract bid management and supplier Relationship Management is value
- Project Management and Financial / Cost control training is a plus
- Spanish & English mandatory; French or German a plus.
- MS Excel and ERP expertise.
- Good empathy and negotiation skills. Problem solving and strategic thinking mindset to grow with and inside the company.
