The API Delivery Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of API services and solutions. Project Management
- Lead and manage API delivery projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define API requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all API delivery-related queries and updates.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
Technical Oversight
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.
- Ensure that API designs meet architectural standards and business requirements.
- Monitor and manage the performance, scalability, and reliability of API services.
Quality Assurance
- Liaise with QA teams to resolve defects and enhance API performance.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in API delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in API technologies.
- Promote best practices and industry standards within the team.Project Management

Project Management Skills
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
