Sourcing Engineer

**Mission**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the NPD ( New Product Development ) together with R&D.
- Work closely with engineering in the search for new suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Manage the procurement and supply chain process.
- Track orders and deliveries of materials and services.
- Resolve issues related to the acquisition of materials and services.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- To perform Make or Buy analysis as needed.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years in procurement and supply chain management.
- English excellent command
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
