As the Global Marketing Director (CMO) worldwide you will have the primary mission of leading and overseeing the company's global marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategic plans that will drive brand growth and maximize the impact of products or services in international markets.

As CMO, you will be a key member of the Worldwide Executive Committee, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager. Being responsible for the effective coordination of all Marketing disciplines, promoting synergies to ensure the armonization of their different strategies to achieve a unique and coordinated strategic dimension.

In essence, your mission as CMO is to lead brand development in the global marketplace, drive sales, and maintain competitiveness in the worldwide industries where we operate. Elevating the brand's aspirationality as the future driver of growth and profitability.

Building strong relationships with internal and external partners will be crucial to align marketing activities with the organization's business objectives. Ensuring that the regions local insights and feedback are incorporated to enrich the global strategies. Adapting to local necessities to ensure high relevance will be key in the brand's future development.

**Profile**:
**IF YOU**:
Hold a Masters degree and a very high level of English.

Come from a multicultural environment with at least 5 years of experience abroad or working in international contex.

Have more than 10 years experience in business management offline and online showing confidence and leadership. Proof of successful achievements in Creative, Product Development and Digital (Media, Social and Business experience)

Own strong marketing and digital background, web analytics and social networks knowledge with a solid experience in e-commerce, startups and online business models including CRM

Have ability to lead, motivate, inspire, empower, and develop diverse staff, creating excitement.

**Additional information**:
The CMO, sitting in the Steering Committee, will directly manage 5 departments with more than 36 employees.

**Creative**
- Set the creative vision: The Global Marketing Director will be responsible for setting the overall creative vision for the brand and ensuring that it is aligned with the overall strategy. He/she will work closely with the Creative Manager to define the creative objectives and establish clear guidelines for the development of content and creative materials.
- Ensure the alignment of Perfumes Loewe with Loewe Fashion to guarantee a one-LOEWE brand experience among our customers
- Ensure the development of products, promotions, merchandising and on and offline communication assets, in conjunction with the specific needs of the markets.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects: The CMO will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing ongoing creative projects to ensure they meet quality standards and alignment with the brand. He/she will work closely with the Creative Manager to review and approve creative proposals and provide guidance and constructive feedback when necessary.
- Drive creative innovation: The Director will have responsibility for fostering creative innovation within the department, encouraging new ideas, approaches, and techniques. He/she will work closely with the Creative Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and establish an environment conducive to creativity and experimentation.

**Digital Marketing & Media**
- Ensure that the company's online marketing strategy (inbound and outbound) allows a sustainable and continuous growth of the online sales; market research and competitor analysis leading the Digital Marketing Strategy with an omni-channel vision of the business and CRM focus.
- Design, buy and manage national and international on and offline media campaigns that comply with the awareness and engagement levels required through an optimized media agency management.
- Develop and ensure the success of the E-retail business and create and implement the E-commerce platform and website to improve brand visibility and sales through online customers.
- Boost the eBusiness in every touchpoint.
- Ensure, develop, and foster the presence of LOEWE Perfumes in social media
