We are a seed bank and established brand that has experienced rapid growth in popularity over the years in whole Europe. We sell high quality feminized seeds and our distribution takes place exclusively online. We want to offer our customers the maximum level of quality and service. We are currently looking for highly motivated and experienced sales executive to expand our team in Reus/Tarragona.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Acquisition of new customers
- Support for existing customers
- Increase in sales and turnover figures with the help of the development and implementation of suitable sales strategies and close cooperation with the marketing department.
- Telephone support and advice to customers. This also includes strategic tasks such as the development of new services.
- continuous development of our customer relationship with the help of proactive telephone contact
- Participation in trade fairs
- Processing orders
- Various administrative tasks
- Answering customer inquiries
- Participating in any required training

**Your Qualifications**:

- Fluency in writing and speaking English and Spanish is a must (required: C1/C2).
- You have successfully completed commercial training and/or a degree in this field.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in this field
- You like to get in touch with people, have a good instinct and a special negotiating skill in communicating with different customers.
- You are open-minded, extroverted and communicative
- You convince by being able to transport emotions when addressing our customers.
- You think and work strategically
- You can research important information in a timely and effective manner
- You can carry out tasks in your work area reliably and independently
- You have a passion for our industry and have the relevant background knowledge
- You are result-oriented, already have experience in this area but are still willing to constantly improve, learn new things and adapt to new requirements.
- You are a team player, open-minded, friendly and extroverted. In addition, you are an attentive listener and observer, so that you can quickly recognize the needs and requirements of customers, colleagues and the management and take them into account in your work.
- You are able to multitask, always have an eye on your current tasks and at the same time manage unforeseen additional tasks that regularly arise in your area.
