ROTOR, based in Madrid Spain, is a European company that designs, produces and sells high end bicycle components, specifically in the sportive section of the bicycle industry. The AFT Account Manager is responsible for all the AFT accounts worldwide. The role of the AFT Account Manager is not only obtaining optimal relation between the customers and the ROTOR organization. The sales in the AFT is also driving actions in cooperation with the marketing, product management and other internal departments. It is therefore that you are in close contact with engineering, production, planning, logistics, marketing and customer service departments at the head-office. In this role you report directly to the Commercial Director at ROTOR.

As the AFT Account Manager you manage the customer accounts opening and communication in addition to deals closing with the customers within the pre-defined boundaries following the strategic plan of the company. As the AFT Account Manager you are also a valued team player in coordination to ensure that the company delivers what the client is requesting.

**RESPONSABILITIES**

Its main responsibility is the:

- Follow up customers in assigned sales region and analyses sales development
- Takes pro-active approach to find business opportunities in benefit of ROTOR
- First level responsibility to manage communication between customers and ROTOR
- Responsible for create a yearly account plan.
- Responsible for closing deals within the set boundaries.
- Responsible for collecting the invoices from customers.
- Transfers customer requests into available SKU demand.
- Detects new product opportunities.
- Responsible for onboarding new customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**

The AFT market is at the forefront on trends in the market.

The relationships you will start, cherish and search for are an important part of the future strategy of the company.
- It is required that you have a proven track-record in sales and a valid understanding of the industry.
- Also as you are dealing remotely with various teams, it is required that you are a flexible team player and able to manage these teams and their expectations.
- Fluent communication and data analysis is an important part of the job.
- Making sure the company is aligned with your decisions and motivations to ensure a correct follow-up.
- High level of English and Spanish required. Other European languages knowledge valuable.
- You must also have good social skills as will be dealing in a daily basis with co-workers customers and suppliers.

As the AFT Account Manager you need to build bridges between the AFT clients and the company. Making sure the expectations meet with the deliverables and create the trust that leads to a sustainable growth path with a significant group of customers.

- Flexible hours in the following ranges:
Monday to Thursday from 08:00 / 9:30 to 17:00 / 18:30 in face-to-face mode.
Friday from 8:00 / 9:00 to 14:00 / 15:00 in remote job.
