Mps Planner

As part of Plant Program & Planning team (PPP), this position contributes to provide the visibility through the planning for MCA RF & NH90 Aiframes & ADU.

AHE Plant Program & Planning acts as customer interface with FAL with regards to planning purposes and also with internal customers ( operations and different support functions)

Contribute to lean methodology deployment in Operations

**Main activities**:

- MPS planner:

- Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
- Define associated production scenario based on plant calendar and all resources availability. Workload Vs Workforce
- Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders
- Control industrial progress and resources and anticipate possible deviations.
- To build a recovery plan in the case it is needed.
- Risks & opportunities analysis.
- SAP update based on official planning validated.
- Supply chain interface with regards to primary demand.
- MRP Consistency between S&OP & MPS.
- Customer interface with FAL.
- Performance Control based on industrial targets with regards to SQCDP.
- Support to deployment of Lean plan in Operations ( Airbus Operating System)

**Professional experience**

+2 years in planning & resource management activities

Experience in Lean activities is recommended
