- Barcelona Marketing Intern
- Barcelona Sports Marketing Intern
- Barcelona Communications Intern

Marketing and Communication teams at NIKE, Inc., help set the brand tone. They act as a creative force of specialists, driven to tell Nike's stories of innovation and sport through advertising, brand strategy, digital engagement and product presentation. Using channels ranging from retail stores to social media, Marketing & Communication teams connect the science and art of Nike innovations to the hearts and minds of athletes around the world.

Nike Sports Marketing provides the vital linkage between the company and Nike-sponsored athletes, clubs and federations worldwide. Sports Marketing partner with world-class athletes to collect insights about existing and future products, gather inspirational stories about sport and nurture long-term relationships between the athletes and the company. The team develops and drives sports marketing strategies, acquires endorsements and licensing agreements and serves as Nike ambassadors to the sports community worldwide. Their relationships build the foundation of Nike's product creation: Nike builds outstanding products because its employees listen to outstanding athletes.

You will play a key role to support Nike in bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete in the world. You will be supporting a team which attempts to foster the most efficient approach to our customers through digital and offline campaigns. This internship provides an ambitious environment, possibilities to work cross functionally, and real job exposure that will get you up to speed if looking for a meaningful career in advertising, communications, marketing and sports marketing.

DEPENDING ON THE POSITION YOU ARE LINKED TO, THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

- Lead consumer connection by mapping and driving the consumer/community database in Barcelona.
- Act as the owner of the consumer voice in the city. Seek out & discover new talents.
- Support Brand Director and Brand Managers in specific seasonal projects, keeping close track of the allocated budget per project.
- Build Monthly membership analysis & reporting.
- Contribute to the work of Employee communication (assisting the team with proofreading communications, presentations, newsletters & podcast creation).
- Support Internal events
- Support the execution of the external communication plans together with the communications team and the communications agency, working to build plans and activate them.
- Being a consultant on the media mapping with the Gen Z filter to the identification of the media, platforms, channels, and voices that will resonate more with the young generation in the communication plans.
- Analyze specific markets to provide influential data and assessment for athletes' investment strategy.
- Build the right network of partners to improve Nike's strategy
- Competence analysis to identify what are the standard processes of our competitors
- Operations support (Product orders, seeding strategy and execution, project orders creation and management, product in & outflow controlling, seasonal contracts creation...).

WHAT YOU BRING
- Graduate or Master's Degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, E-Commerce, Digital Business, or other related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Catalan, is a plus.
- Skills such as curiosity, creativity, organization, ownership, proactivity, ability to work across functions and eager to contribute to team success.
- Marketing, Digital savvy and Communications experiences are a plus (please include in your CV).
- Passion for the Nike brand and sports.
- Office Tools skills (Excel, Work, Keynote)

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
- Fulfill the requirements to be hired thru a Practice Contract (" Contrato para la obtención de la práctica professional"), mainly consisting on possessing of a university degree or professional master's degree acquired within the past three years, or within five years in case of disability.
