**Mission**
- To contribute ideas and expertise to our drug discovery pipeline.
- To perform small molecule docking with our in-house engine.
- To perform drug-target affinity predictions with available tools.

**Requirements**:

- PhD Computational chemistry/Chemoinformatics and/or related areas
- Good working knowledge of Python, RDKit, OpenBabel and Pymol APIs
- Familiarity with ChEMBL and other databases related to medicinal chemistry
- Molecular Dynamics
- Free energy calculation
- OpenFF, cgenff36, MMFF94, ff19SB, gaff2
- Small molecules parameterization and docking
- A good knowledge of protein structure and Protein Data Bank
- Experience with Linux and Cloud computing highly desired
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning a plus
- Working language in English, Spanish would be a plus
- Work is presential in Bilbao (Spain) with occasional travels to Cambridge (UK).
