We are looking to hire a Global SG&A Controller in our Corporate FP&A Team. The location is in Barcelona, Spain.

Essential Job Functions:

- Financial business partner overseeing SG&A overhead costs and functional reporting, providing transparency and insights to senior management
- Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals
- Lead SG&A budgeting / forecasting activities including modelling
- Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the SG&A functions operate at a high level of excellence
- Overseeing FTE development & personnel costs spend in close collaboration with HR Analytics
- Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes; streamline on our new BI platform and provide enhanced forecasting and reporting functionality to create insights towards the business
- Drive data harmonization
- Leverage OneStream planning and reporting to improve cost forecasting and variance analysis process
- Interact proactively and collaboratively with executive leadership teams on a regular basis
- Collaborate with BU finance and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for SG&A related activities

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master in Controlling / Finance / Economics, CPA, CFA or similar
- Extensive experience in Finance and Controlling (+5 years), ideally in a Corporate FP&A role in a multinational environment of a manufacturing company
- Must have, SG&A controlling experience
- Business fluent in English required, business fluent in German preferred
- Engage strong business partnering, understand internal and external customer needs, usage of systematic approaches to ensure key metrics are tracked and analyzed for continuous improvement
- Strong capabilities to analyze financial data, interpret and understand drivers while describing / visualizing them towards senior management to support on strategic decisions and action plans
- Prioritize multiple demands and leads defined work to successful conclusion on time, takes personal accountability and direct 2-way communication within the team and other organizations
- Work in partnership as an active member within the team and cross-functional working groups
- Experience with financial planning / reporting and consolidation systems (OneStream, SAP) MUST (hyperion or HFM) BI exp. - a must
- Very strong in Excel and data modelling, drive automation and dashboarding / reporting

Industrial Microbial Control (IMC) supplies antimicrobials and performance additives for the plastics, energy, têxtile and other industries, as well as dry-film and wet-state preservatives for the paints and coatings that provide protection and improve efficiency in the construction and marine sectors.
