IT Sales Representative

We are a leading company in the field of Human Resources software solutions and we are looking for a highly motivated sales representative to join our team in the Northern region (Basque Country, Asturias, Cantabria, Galicia, and northern Castile and León). As an HR Software Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our cutting-edge software solutions to potential and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients in the assigned area to promote business retention and expansion.
- Identify and prospect new clients in the Human Resources sector.
- Understand specific client needs and present customized HR software solutions.
- Demonstrate and present our software effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and innovations in HR software to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to convey client needs and suggestions.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Education: training in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B technology/software services sales.
- Knowledge of HR software solutions will be highly valuable.
- High level of English. Ability to conduct presentations and engage with clients.(test)
- Driver's license.
- Availability to travel within the assigned region.
