Order Processing Coordinator

**Your mission**:

- Processing and handling of customer orders from the areas of responsibility, incl. delivery and invoicing and preparation of export documents.
- Export Control. Ensure compliance with EU and US export regulations incl. relevant checks and documentation.
- Purchasing within the group and from external suppliers
- Maintenance of the material stock
- Maintenance of the customer base
- Coordination and monitoring of deadlines and scheduling.
- Organizing deliveries for demos and rentals
- Processing customer enquiries and complaints
- Cooperation with forwarding agencies for on-time shipment
- Checking courier and forwarding invoices
- Digital filing of orders and correspondence
- Customer correspondence (LC letters, payments, etc)
- Support of sales & service staff
- Cooperation in internal projects

**Your profile**:

- Administration specialized in Order Processing & International commercial trade
- Master related to Logistics and International trade.
- Several years of experience in order processing & export
- Several years of experience in export control
- Valuable, experience with MDR and other regulatory & quality operational standards.
- Ability to work in a team
- Customer orientation
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish
- Excellent written and spoken Catalan
- Good written and spoken English
- PC skills
- Knowledge of ERP system
- IT affinity
