**Indcresa Admin Assistant**

Looking for an experienced Logistic & Transportation Administrative Assistant, into the Food Industry for Indcresa company.

Indcresa is a company specializing in the manufacture of cocoa powder.

They are based in Naples, FL.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule appointments & plan meetings
- Process transportation documents and invoices
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Verify transportation documents and invoices.
- Manage and track the transportation budget.
- Handle and schedule transportation services.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Coordinate with Managers to optimize transportation services
- Ensure compliance with the industry regulations and requirements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide excellent customer service
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests from Managers

**Requirements and skills**
- Studies as an Administrative assistant in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Advance in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Location: Naples, Florida, US
