En BCN Talent Logistics -la consultoría de referencia en Adquisición y Gestión de Talento para la industria logística-, estamos trabajando, con un operador logístico de referencia en el sector, en una posición vacante vinculada a la compra y la negociación de flete con navieras y compañías aéreas para el transporte de mercancías.
Se trata de una compañía transitaria, con una estructura sólida de negocio y una importante capacidad de compra y negociación en transporte marítimo y aéreo.
Por favor, revisa a continuación las principales funciones de la posición:
- Coordinación y monitorización de las negociaciones con carriers para garantizar la capacidad de carga en tráfico marítimo y aéreo, en unas condiciones óptimas.
- Desarrollo de la red de carriers en transporte marítimo y consolidación de las relaciones comerciales.
- Seguimiento de KPIs y SLAs para medir el rendimiento de la colaboración con cada partner y establecimiento de un plan de acción para cada caso.
- Comunicación eficiente con otras áreas de la organización como Operaciones, Gestión de Tenders y Finanzas para acordar volúmenes previstos de carga y definir una estrategia de compra adecuada.
- Uso adecuado de la información y de las herramientas de la compañía para el análisis de datos y la consecución de objetivos en el ámbito de responsabilidad de esta posición.
- Seguimiento de los programas de la compañía en materia de Compliance y Confidencialidad de Datos en todo los referente a la posición Procurement Manager (Sector Transitario).
