***Passionate about team management? Commercially minded? We are currently seeking an experienced people manager for our operation in Barcelona, Spain. You will join an experienced and dynamic technical team, assisting our valued customer base across the region.

As the Internal Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our organization. You will lead a team of professionals responsible for the seamless management of commercial administration and technical support. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Watson Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is an SSE PLC Group company. **This role will focus on**:

- **
Efficient Team Management**:Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for back-office operations and technical support, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Oversee tasks related to trade agreement creation, order processing, order confirmation, and invoicing, maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- ** Technical Support Leadership**:Manage the technical support team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- ** Data Management**: Ensure the quality of data within our ERP system, with a focus on implementing necessary updates and improvements.
- ** Claims Management**: Supervise the claims and quality requests processes, utilizing your technical knowledge to drive efficient resolutions and maintain customer trust.**_ _**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Due to the demands of this role, you will need to have experience in a managerial role (internal sales, back office, sales support etc) in a fluid handling company, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial contracts, claims management, and back-office operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate seamless interaction with both colleagues and customers.
- Technical expertise, and the ability to lead a technical support team effectively.
- Due to our customer base Catalan and Spanish are a must. As we are a UK headquartered business, fluency in English is also essential.**_ _**
