Business Intelligence Engineer

**Job purpose **
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems.

**What will you do?**

Collect data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize said data in a format that can be easily read by either humans or machines.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Collaborate with developers and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.

**What do you need to know?**
- 2+ Years experience working with Tableau
- 2+ Years experience with T-SQL and MS-SQL
- Experience working with and demonstrating knowledge of data governance, data quality management concepts and data quality tools
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
