This career is within our Delivery Assurance team. As the Delivery Assurance PMO you will help to establish, develop, and maintain project management standards and processes.

You’ll drive consistent methodologies, contribute towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ultimately ensure excellence in our delivery to all our customers.

**Job Description**:
As the Delivery Assurance PMO you’ll actively build and cultivate relationships across all levels of the organisation with functions like Project Management, Delivery, and Senior Management.

You’ll be familiar with supporting teams with the creation and development of reports, performing audits, analysis and instilling best practice and process and be the focal member of facilitating, and distributing actions from meetings.

**As the Delivery Assurance PMO you’ll be individually responsible for**:

- Leading on the maintenance, management and facilitation of project portfolios weekly status reporting including RAID and RAG reviews.
- Supporting Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Senior Management teams with governance, lessons learned, and documentation completion for projects.
- Confirming adherence to the Delivery Assurance framework and providing insight on how new processes, procedures or methodologies could enhance delivery capability.

**Qualifications**:

- Be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience working within a project management environment.
- Confident in using various tools such as MS Project, Excel (and the MS Office Suite), Power BI, or similar resources.
- Exhibit your brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operated in an IT Consultancy, IT Services, Technology, or similar environment and recognize the importance of projects adhering to delivery timescales and budget.
- Showcase your commercial awareness and business acumen i.e., understanding waterfall/agile methodologies and common terminologies used within a project management atmosphere.

Additional Information

You have a choice of working remote or hybrid at Version 1 Malaga office.
