Tasks

**1. Developing Communication Strategies**: Design and implement comprehensive communication plans for EU projects and at corporate level at SPLORO, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and company's vision.

**2. Content Creation and Management**: Create, edit, and manage various types of content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content to effectively communicate news, progress and outcomes.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, including partners, EU officials, customers and the public. Organize workshops, webinars, and other events to promote Sploro's activities.

**4. Media Relations**: Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and prepare press kits. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance Sploro's visibility.

**5. Social Media Management**: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and awareness about the company. Monitor social media platforms and engage with the community.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and submit regular reports on communication activities and results. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all dissemination materials.

**7. Monitoring and Evaluation**: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans as necessary. Evaluate the impact of dissemination activities on project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication in EU project context.
- Strong understanding of the EU project framework and funding regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms (experience with WordPress is a must).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
