Sales Representative/commercial Technician

The successful employee will be a key representative of the company’s sales/commercial team, responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with distributors and clients
Position: Sales Representative/Commercial Technician
Location: Granada, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Search for new clients and business opportunities
- In charge of developing the sale of tires
- Analyze the needs of assigned clients, identifying technical, training and economic needs and providing support at the level of prices, purchases, promotions, sales and especially the technical characteristics of the products
- Prospecting and attracting new clients, making personal visits to clients and potential clients for at least 80% of your time.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments the management of assigned accounts, in relation to credit, billing, logistics, marketing, after-sales and any other activity that is required to maintain a good commercial relationship, including monitoring payments and debts
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluency Spanish and English
- B category driving license
- 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required
- Experience in the tire or automotive spare parts sector (After-sales) desired.
- Ability to work independently - drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seeks continuous quality improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
- Solid time management skills
- Passion for the automotive industry
