Join our team as a Recruitment Marketing Intern and immerse yourself in the world of recruitment marketing. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of strategies aimed at attracting top international talent. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Marketing Strategy:

- Support the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top international talent
- Assist in identifying key recruitment channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively
- Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the Branding and Design team to create engaging and targeted content for various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and the company website
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the desired talent pool
- Collaboration with People Team:

- Work closely with the People team to understand recruitment needs and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly
- Participate in discussions to gather insights into talent requirements and market trends
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing efforts using relevant metrics and analytics tools
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data
- Employer Branding Initiatives:

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's image in the job market

**Qualification**:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and recruitment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract top talent.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**The internship**:

- Start: preferably February 2024
- Minimum period of 5 months
- Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Working at our office close by the center of Valencia
- Monthly compensation based on educational level
- Reporting to People
