**Key Responsibilities**:
At Cognizant we are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate in the design and evaluation of machine learning solutions for the banking and financial services sector, acting as a link between the business stakeholders and the data science team.
- Understand business processes, requirements and constraints, and translate them to machine learning specifications.
- Identify opportunities for using machine learning to improve business operations.
- Evaluate machine learning models from a business perspective, focusing not only on technical aspects but on how capable a model is to solve the actual business problem.
- And define how to integrate machine learning models with business operations and systems.

You will become an active member of the AIA team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.

**Essential Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience working in a bank of financial entity.
- Understanding of typical banking assets and services, such as loans, mortgages or factoring, including how they are contracted and managed and applicable regulation.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services terminology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (from B2 onwards), and Spanish.

**Nice to Have Skills.**
- Experience in the banking, insurance or financial services sectors, ideally in projects related to document management (e.g. document classification).
- Degree in Law, Finance, Management or equivalent.
