Coordinación y Supervisión del personal de ingeniería

Interlocución con operaciones (Producción).

Responsabilidad sobre la gestión de la instalación.

**What we offer**:

- Coordinar y supervisar los procesos operativos del centro: productividad del sistema, control de costes, facturación, PRL y personal.
- Gestionar y establecer plan de mantenimiento y reparación de equipos y maquinaria.
- Interlocución directa con los diferentes fabricantes de equipos y proveedores de mano de obra, en los casos en los que, bien por motivos técnicos o por motivos de planificación de personal, ésta sea necesaria.
- Planificar todos los recursos necesarios para cubrir durante todo el periodo anual de contrato, tanto turnos de asistencia a producción, como turnos de mantenimiento preventivo en fin de semana.
- Coordinar actividades y/o trabajos de reformas y modificaciones en la instalación.
- Proponer mejoras en los sistemas para optimizar su funcionamiento/rendimiento.
- Controlar y supervisar a todo el personal técnico.
- Promover y organizar cursos de formación técnica para aumentar el nível de conocimientos del personal.
- Interlocución directa con el personal de producción.
- Mantener reuniones periódicas semanales con producción.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los KPI’s definidos por dirección.
- Implantar con los recursos disponibles, el sistema de gestión del mantenimiento.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- Capacidad organizativa y de planificación, ágil en la toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas, con iniciativa, liderazgo y capacidad de negociación, con visión estratégica y capacidad analítica.
- Gestión de equipos de trabajo.
- Conocimiento de sistemas automatizados.
- Comprensión de equipos PLC, convertidores de frecuencia, sistemas de posicionamiento, sistemas de control, etc.
- Experiência previa (mínimo 5 años) de gestión en personal en sistemas automatizados (productividad del sistema, control de costes, facturación, PRL y personal).
- Nível alto en programas de mantenimiento pre-preventivo (PPM).
- Nível medio de inglés.
