En H+K estamos buscando a un/a Video Content Creator para incorporarse a nuestro hub de Innovación + Creatividad en nuestra oficina de Madrid:
Tus principales funciones:
1. Conceptualizar y desarrollar contenido multimedia para redes sociales incluyendo Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, TikTok; con buen juicio, instinto y un excelente conocimiento del ecosistema social.
2. Estar en contacto con las comunidades de nuestros clientes para reaccionar a tendencias y eventos en tiempo real, generando contenidos que ayuden a las marcas a participar en la conversación.
3. Desarrollar propuestas de contenido en base a prioridades y guidelines editoriales, y participar en su presentación a cliente.
4. Participar en propuestas de cliente y nuevo negocio aportando ideas de contenidos y contribuyendo a dar forma a la presentación.
Cómo saber si es para ti:
- Tienes al menos 3 años de experiência en diseño multimedia y edición de video de formato corto para redes sociales. Dominas el paquete Adobe CS Suite incluyendo Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere y After Effects.
- Eres usuario experto de redes sociales y estás al día de las tendencias a nível digital y cultural.
- Tienes capacidad creativa y sabes idear contenidos relevantes para diferentes audiencias.
- Piensas y actúas estratégicamente. Sabes crear contenidos de alto impacto en redes sociales alineados con la estrategia de comunicación.
- Eres curioso, y te gusta innovar y explorar nuevas plataformas y formatos.
- Estás acostumbrado a trabajar para clientes de diferentes sectores y enfrentarte a distintos tipos de briefs.
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, capaz de trasmitir ideas con confianza.
- Eres un colaborador nato y tienes la capacidad de inspirar a otros miembros del equipo.
