Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, Israel, Türkiye, Latvia and many others.**
We are looking for an **App Store Optimization Manager **_to work with our international dating products._
**Your main tasks will be**:
- To collect semantic cores for target GEOs/locales & write texts with keywords for both App Store & Google Play;
- To create icons, screenshots, videos and other visuals together with our design team and run A/B-tests;
- To analyse results and prepare reports;
- To look for new ideas how to increase CRs & organic installs and implement them;
- To localize apps pages for additional GEOs/locales;
- To assist UA teams with In App Events, Promotional Content, keywords for Apple Search Ads, Custom Product Pages, etc.
**We expect from you**:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in App Store Optimizarion, and/or an ASO academy graduate;
- General understanding of how mobile apps market works;
- Knowledge of professional terminology and main ASO principles for App Store & Google Play;
- Experience with at least one ASO tool;
- Basic knowledge of App Store Connect & Google Play Developer Console;
- English B2+ or native (the knowledge of other languages will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of how to work with Google Sheets.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
