Application Mobile Manual Tester - IoT Devices for Swimming Pools and Spas

Fluidra Digital EMEA is hiring an Application Mobile Manual Tester within its overall software organization, reporting to the IoT and Digital B2C platform Manager. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering the functionalities gathered in the backlogs according to the prioritizations of the main stakeholders. _The Application Mobile Manual Tester will work closely with other professionals and members of the department to test the design and implementation of all the functionalities._ We use the Flutter framework to code and update the functionalities in the APPs.

**Key Role**:

- The main purpose of the APP developer role is to:

- Creating and executing test cases and test plans for new features and releases.
- Reporting issues and bugs using Jira and other Atlassian Suite tools.
- Working with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure that testing standards are upheld.
- Providing regular status reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.
- Conducting regression testing to ensure that previously resolved issues do not reoccur.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of our testing processes and tools.
- Required to be time to time in our IoT Lab to test and troubleshoot IoT devices.

**Responsibilities**:
Our team needs to incorporate an agile and motivated person to:

- Participate in the evaluation of workload in the sprint backlog and the further implementation.
- Report progress, plans, and problems to upper management and other involved parties.

**Competences**:
This team is made up of a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in the IoT and Digital (End to End) section and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic person, results-oriented and disciplined, who will enrich us and help us improve the data store. The person will mainly implement procedures and tools, as well as follow:

- Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy manual tests.
- Participate in all aspects of the APP development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, report and document problems.
- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent English both written and verbal is a must have.
- Ability to think strategically, while diving into the details of data.
- Capabilities with JIRA, Powerpoint, GDrive and Service Desk.

**Requirements**:

- Experience testing IoT devices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Ability to create and execute test cases and test plans.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
