El responsable de ventas en el mercado industrial y municipal es la persona clave para desarrollar y hacer crecer a Hach en el territorio asignado gestionando todos los temas comerciales y asegurando una atención óptima a los clientes. Este puesto es remoto.
En este puesto, las funciones a desarrollar serían:
- Consecución de los objetivos de venta asignados según los KPIs.
- Realización de actividades comerciales y visitas a clientes industriales y municipales en el sector del agua.
- Dar soporte técnico, asesorando a potenciales clientes para la identificación de necesidades, ofreciendo soluciones a proyectos y aplicaciones de los mismos.
- Elaboración y seguimiento comercial de las ofertas técnicas.
- Actividades comerciales relacionadas con el correcto desarrollo de las cuentas de clientes industriales y municipales.
- Colaboración con los departamentos: Servicio Técnico, Finanzas, Marketing, Administrativo.
- Realización de proyectos a nível regional alineados con la estrategia de la empresa.
Los requisitos esenciales del puesto incluyen:
- Amplia experiência en ventas en el sector de tratamiento de aguas industrial, tanto en laboratorio como en instrumentación de procesos, para con todo tipo de industrias: Power, Chemical, Pulp& Paper, Food, etc (la experiência en el sector municipal es una ventaja).
- Experiência en el uso de sistemas CRM, preferiblemente en SFDC.
- Se valorará haber completado estudios técnicos a nível formativo: ingeniería, química, tecnología de procesos, formación superior profesionaletc.
- Tener una orientación a los resultados con un historial comprobado de relaciones con los clientes y muy buenas habilidades de negociación.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con nível medio de inglés.

The Industrial & Municipal Field Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and growing Hach in the assigned territory by managing all commercial tasks and ensuring optimal customer service. This position is remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Fulfillment of the sales targets assigned according to the KPIs.
- Carrying out commercial activities and visits to industrial & municipal clients to achieve sales targets.
- Preparation & follow up of technical and commercial offers.
- All commercial activities related to the proper development of industrial & municipal customer accounts.
- Collaboration with the departments: Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, Administration, etc.
- Carrying out projects aligned with the strategy of the global company at the regional level.
