**Your Role in Our Journey**
- **Tutor Support**: Support and guide our tutors throughout their journey, improving their experience and implementing action plans to increase their loyalty and satisfaction.
- **Resolution of Tutor Issues on the Platform**: Addressing and resolving any general problems or technical issues that tutors encounter on the platform.
- **Query Response**: Provide support to tutors by using all available communication channels. Identify recurring themes and common questions raised by tutors.
- **Information Gathering**: Proactively gather the necessary information from cross-functional teams to deliver accurate information to tutors regarding hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and other job-related inquiries.
