**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
As a **UX/UI Senior Designer at Amaris**, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Lead the** end-to-end design process**, from concept to execution.
- Conduct** user research and gather insights** to inform design decisions.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs**.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless** implementation of designs**.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

✍️ **WHAT WE WANT **✍️
- Proven experience as a **UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work**.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.**:

- Solid understanding of user-centered **design principles and best practices.**:

- **Strong communication** and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an **agile development environment**.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of experience in UX/UI design.
- **Fluent in English/Spanish** (both written and spoken).
- Experience with **responsive and mobile design**.
