**How can you become part of our success?**
- Organize, update and maintain internal HR records (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Prepare and update HR documentation.
- Revise company policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (work time hours, turnover rates, etc.).
- Assist in payroll tasks by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Participate in HR projects.
- Assist in audits to the HR department.
- Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries about HR related issues, providing guidance and interceding in conflicts resolution.

**What skills do you need?**
- Academic background in Human Resources, Labour Relations or similar.
- Several years of experience in personnel administration ideally in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of labor laws and practices.
- Previous experience with SAP HR will be valued.
- C1 level of Spanish and B2 English is required.
