M&l Ifa Quality and Conformance Manager

We are currently offering an opportunity in Tablada PreFAL in Seville, in the Medium and Light (M&L) assembly line.

Inside Production Quality, your mission is to increase the Customer satisfaction and to reduce the non-conformity level. You will work close to FAL, Procurement and our MFT.

Activities:

- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements.
- Data mining.
- KPI and reporting.
- Facilitation of PPS.
- Active participation or leadership in APQP and prevention solutions: PFMEA, build process, MSA, control plan...

- Review process performance and product adherence to standards.
- Assess the reliability of processes.
- Repeatability of processes. At initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

You will need:

- a previous experience in the M&L Program and in Product Quality.
- knowledge and experience in PPS with different solving method.
- knowledge of SAP, DeMat, NCCAPA.
- to lead meetings in English.
