IGLS is currently recruiting a Sales Representative to support our international division. As a lab with own R&D and clinical departments, our aim is to provide Assisted Reproduction centres and professionals with unique testing and diagnostic services, thereby contributing to support our esteemed customers in their achievement of higher successful pregnancy rates.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on patient care, quality of service and scientific results.
- Attracting new customers (mostly human fertility clinics and independent gynecologists).
- Regular visits to doctors, embryologists and clinic managers to sell IGLS services within the assigned territory.
- Manage the client portfolio effectively, having them buy the new products in existing customer accounts.
- Develop solid and lasting relationships with established and new clients.
- Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on the techniques recommended and the interpretation of the results case by case.
- Develop and consolidate knowledge, good reputation and prestige of the products and company through conferences, scientific meetings etc
- Adapt to different regulation and needs of the human reproduction field in different countries of Europe.
- Comply with the reports requested by the company as customer feedback.
- Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of offers, orders and services.

**Experience Required**:

- Must be energetic, driven, and self-motivated with strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Expertise in fertility and genetics fields
- Experience background in medical services is preferred as well as an already established network of clinics.
- Scientific and research interest.
- 2 years of experience and past success in sales.
- Ability to present the product in front of audience.
- Time management skills as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of products and selling process.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Availability to travel across assigned territory.
- Focus on results.
- Understanding of the selling data and marketing analytics.

**Education Required**:

- Biological Science or equivalent or Sales-Marketing related degree is preferred.
- Master’s degree in Reproductive Sciences will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient English and minimum medium-high level Spanish to attend training, company events, etc. Other languages as German or French will be considered an advantage.

Salario: 35.000,00€-40.000,00€ al año
