**Your mission**:

- You will be in charge of managing the operations of the properties of our main key accounts.
- You will control the status of each one of the properties with our local partners operations, including type of bookings assigned, times of check-in and check-outs.
- Track, analyse and report the payment management and invoices
- Keep track and organise all activities related to maintaining the properties to the highest standards and ensure all incidents related to the property are managed by our local partners
- Coordinate relations with other areas within the company to offer the best solution in a timely manner.
- Coordinate relations with the local partners performing the actual check in, check out, incidents management, etc.
- You will be in charge of making sure all documentation is up to date.
- You will have direct contact with clients and assist with the onboarding process of new accounts
- Assist with the monthly occupancy management.

**Your profile**:

- 2+years experience in project management, managing projects in complex environments, industries with multiple stakeholders, with strong control and reliability.
- Experience in Real Estate and property management is a big plus.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Native/bilingual Spanish, C1 English.
- Highly organised and a focus mind
- Problem solving is in your blood, nothing goes without a solution.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders
- An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination
- Determined to grow and not afraid to tackle new challenges
