**About the opportunity**

ADP has built, and maintains, a global network of local payroll providers covering 140+ countries in order to provide payroll management services to our global clients. All local payroll providers are responsible for securely processing our clients' payroll within their systems and premises, with ADP providing central governance to coordinate, monitor and assure the quality of the process. Because our local payroll providers manage some of our clients' most sensitive employee information, it is imperative that they meet ADP's exact quality and security standards. For that reason, ADP has created a robust control environment to address the inherent risks associated with the use of local payroll providers.

**The Senior Manager Global Payroll Compliance** will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and monitoring annual, periodic and Adhoc compliance assessments and activities - that are strategic for the business operation continuity - on our local payroll providers. This will be done in close collaboration with the Compliance Specialist team member(s) who will be below his/her direct supervision as well as in close coordination with CSL Compliance Director and the Global Payroll Partner Operations Team managers.

In this role, the Senior Manager Global Payroll Compliance will be responsible for:

**ADP Annual anti-bribery program to ensure our local payroll providers' compliance with anti-bribery laws and regulations and with ADP Anti-Bribery Policy. This entails being responsible for**:

- Performing an annual risk assessment of our local Partners' anti-bribery program and practices via an annual questionnaire and certification and via an annual anti-bribery training.
- Ensuring that adequate remediations and action plans are in place to address any risk or misalignment discovered during such assessments.
- Reporting regularly the status of the annual program to senior leadership, highlighting any potential risk or misalignment found together with the remediation actions in place.
- Reviewing annually the content of the anti-bribery program with a view to adapt it to business objectives.

 The assessment and audit of our local payroll providers' financial stability (with the support of an external rating company) with a view to identify possible financial weaknesses or risks. This entails being responsible for:

- Identifying annually which local payroll providers must undergo a financial stability assessment based on the previous years' results and any potential red flags.
- Reporting any financial risks identified to leadership and ensuring that proper remediation and follow-up are done, when needed.


**Conducting Sanction Screening (background check) on our local payroll providers and clients to protect ADP from doing business with organizations or individuals involved in illegal activity. This entails being responsible for**:

- Conducting the sanction screening (using a third-party provider software) whenever it will be required (annually, onboarding of a new local payroll provider, change in the ownership, etc.) and identifying any potential risk.
- Assessing the potential risks reported and deciding whether this represents a reportable risk.
- Reporting risks to ADP leadership and following-up on the decision/actions decided.
- Ensuring data received and communicated are handled and stored in a safe way and in accordance with applicable data privacy legislation.


**ADP CSL compliance with ADP Records Retention Policy with respect to ADP client's data and take the necessary actions to delete/purge those data in accordance with ADP records retention policy. This entails being responsible for**:

- Ensuring that there is no client's data backlog at central and local level and if so, ensuring that such backlog purge is treated as a priority.
- SME for operational and compliance queries on data purge

 Handling data breaches/security incidents (and their consequences) caused by our local payroll providers and by assessing, managing and implementing measures and actions to reduce/avoid security incidents in the future. This entails being responsible for:

- Identifying, investigating and tracking data breaches/security incidents security incidents caused by local payroll providers.
- Analyse and investigate all security incidents to identify common patterns of root causes and the adequate remediation actions. And report the result of such analysis to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management, Global Security Organization and CSL legal team to continuously improve the security incident management process to track, investigate and report security incident.
- Reviewing and greenlighting the final security incidents letters to be sent to clients impacted by security incidents.
- Being the point of contact for the other CSL departments to ensure intra-departments alignment.
