Consecución de los objetivos de venta definidos para el territorio asignado con aquellas marcas de Galderma que conforman nuestra cartera de acuerdo con las directrices de Galderma.

**Responsabilidades**:
Ventas
- Consecución de los objetivos de venta definidos para el territorio asignado.
- Ampliar/mantener la cartera de clientes bajo la supervisión de su Manager KAM y la de los delegados de su gestión.
- Acompañamiento a visitar farmacias y otros clientes de Consumo para asesorar, apoyar, promocionar, informar y VENDER los productos Galderma con el delegado del territorio asignado
- Seguimiento de las rutas de venta definidas, la frecuencia de las visitas y las prioridades establecidas por los delegados de su gestión.
- Hacer que los delegados de su gestión ejecuten la forma de trabajo comercial establecida para la venta en Farmacia
- Colaborar con otros equipos de ventas de la Empresa Cliente Galderma (principalmente de Prescripción) para aprovechar todas las posibles sinergias que Galderma pueda obtener.
- Realizar presentaciones de productoa los clientes KAM, como cuestión muy importante para construir una relación sólida con ellas.
- Estar al tanto de lo que ocurrecon todos los clientes de su territorio de gesión, recopilar información y reportarla a su gerente.

Informes y administración
- Hacer seguimietno de todos los informes de actividad y ventas definidos en nuestro CRM, según la frecuencia acordad, de su equipo de delegados.
- Control del reporte de la actividad y la información crítica del mercado, incluyendo la inteligencia competitiva, de su equipo de gestión.
- Colaborar con su Manager en la definición de los planes de ventas del territorio.
- Asistir a las reuniones de ventas.

Competencias y Formación:

- Experiência mínima de 3/4 años en ventas como Representante de Farmacia
- Conocimiento de los principales clientes (Farmacias) del territorio asignado
- Experiência en gestión de equipo y gusto por liderazgo
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de negociación
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades de venta / persuadir para venta
- Capacidad de organización.
