MISSION
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Provide user support, resolving the program incidents received.

Maintain current programs that were internally developed in order to ensure they run normally and continuously.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree, mainly in computer engineering or information technology

**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional training**:
Knowledge of systems analysis, programming language, data process techniques, industrial or functional environment, business computing platform or new technologies would be of additional value

**Additional languages**:
Other languages, depending on the project / business, would be of additional value
