**This position reports to**:
LCS Team Lead Sustainability & APM

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work on exciting digital solutions for our industrial customers, including energy management and process information systems
- Manage customer systems in remotely accessed Windows Server environments
- Configure customer-specific calculations, displays, communication interfaces and reports
- Conduct software testing, commissioning, and documentation
- Troubleshoot errors and communicate with B2B customers to provide training and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software services
- Continuously improve and optimize our software services to meet changing customer needs and industry standards
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure the high quality of our software services
- Travel to customer sites in Spain and abroad as needed

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Process Automation, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
- Active, self-sufficient, and open-minded
- Passionate about industrial digitalization and energy management and the ability to quickly learn new working environments
- Good spoken and written skills in English and Spanish
- We appreciate the following skills and experience:

- Software development basics using C#
- Understanding of real-time and SQL databases
- Windows sysadmin experience
- Knowledge of industrial processes (power plants, metal industry, pulp & paper)
- Knowledge or interest in industrial energy efficiency and energy economics
