**Barry Callebaut is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who will be responsible for the execution of the relevant digital trade marketing activity to support sales growth within the segments.**

**The DME will be located in Barcelona (Spain) and will be eligible for an hybrid working model.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE**

**Digital Communication**Coordinate marketing communication activities using digital tools to contribute to the development of our business according to the marketing plan, sharing our corporate values and aligning our skills to achieve the company goals.**Community Manager in local SoMe (content creation, adaptation and management of community activity)**Implement inbound campaigns in alignment with other Trade Marketing team members**Maintain and expand end-user database of prospects**Create and develop paid search strategies in line with marketing/commercial plans.**E-commerce business development for key distribution customers.**Collaborate with the global Digital to ensure marketing automation and lead management tools are effective and aligned with local goals.**Monitor ROI, ROAS and KPIs.**

**Sales & Marketing Coordination**-
**Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure**Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest (focus on end-users)**

**EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**Graduated in Digital Marketing and Communications or similar**Excellent verbal and written communications skills**Excellent analytical and project management skills**Strong listening and presentation skills**English: business level**

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing position or similar**Experience working with**Graphic design Photoshop, video edition, banner creation.**Experience in paid social media plan and Monitoring Tools and Statistics reports (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube).**
