**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for young talent, including building connections with universities.
- Measure conversion rates from initial contact to hire.
- Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.

**WHAT YOU OFFER**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with SSFF (or equivalent) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods.
