**Job description**:
Quintas Advisory is the advisory division of the Quintas Group. This comprises Quintas Energy, one of Europe’s largest independent platforms for asset management and specialised services to investors in the renewable energy assets, with 8.5GW of assets under management.

Quintas Advisory is on the lookout for someone to take on the role of Site Manager.
While the immediate focus is to be based in Seville, keep in mind that future projects might require on-site presence. As Site Manager, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing operations at a plant where we serve as the Owner's Engineer.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project: scope,schedule and budget.
- Review the EPC’s Project Execution Plan and verify the consistency and completion
- Stay on site when required.
- Close coordination with the Owner’s Engineer (Quintas Advisory)
- Identify and assess possible risks to the project at all stages, particularly regarding deadlines and obligations
- Identify required resources.
- Review of project design, contractual documentation, environmental studies, planning permission, health and safety reports.
- Facilitate team and client meetings
- Review the EPC’s quality plan and manage quality assurance and control of components, construction works, installation works.
- Review the Owner’s requirements and verify its compliance.
- Manage the project’s milestones and the associated payments.
- Liaison with Owner and stakeholders, including EPC, planning council, landlord, among others.
- People and project management, ensuring effective communication within the project team.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

**Requirements**:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- You should have relevant third level qualifications, e.g. Electrical Engineer, with 2+ years of professional experience in PV solar plants. Your background should preferably include projects design, construction, and operation.
- Experience in Owner’s engineering services is valued.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with an ability to collaborate and drive performance under pressure. You will be a confident negotiator capable of interpreting plant and contractor performance to identify issues and resolve them effectively with EPCs, subcontractors and service providers.
- Strong practical knowledge, both technical and commercial, of how renewable energy assets are developed, constructed, operated, and financed.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
