As our IT Cross Project Manager you will have the opportunity of leading the way in the development of Project Management good practices for the IT department.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Be in constant interaction with the IT heads and VPs to centralize the register and follow-up of all the initiatives making sure that they are aligned with higher level company and department goals.
- Design and standardize development flows and project management documentation.
- Manage strategic cross team projects.
- Contribute to the creation of follow-up presentations to different stakeholders.
- Help the IT heads and VPs with their alignment with the Product team in terms of project prioritization, due dates, and follow-up.
- Take part in the definition of a medium and long term roadmap.

**What skills do you need?**:

- Bachelor's degree of Engineering or similar field
- Experience as Project Manager
- Experience working with Jira
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication capabilities
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent in English

**Nice to have**:

- Project Management certificate
