**You will join our Compliance, Strategy and Transaction Services** **department**

As our new EHS Consultant you will be part of our multidisciplinary, dynamic and growing teams in Madrid and Barcelona. We offer a collaborative environment where we share knowledge, experience and views in close collaboration with our Site Solution colleagues.

For this position you will be required to travel frequently, mainly within Spain and Portugal, as part of the execution of our projects.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Participate in EHS due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and property sales and leases
- Conduct EHS compliance and management audits
- Participate in mayor redevelopment projects assisting with the compliance and consenting
- Participate in projects related to circular economy and sustainability reporting (Taxonomy, CSRD, etc)
- Help providing technical assistance for sustainable solutions to our clients

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, chemistry or related disciplines. A training in Health and Safety is a plus
- Good experience in Environmental Due diligence (acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and property sales and leases)
- Good experience in EHS management and sustainability related services
- Effective written/verbal communication and organisation/analytical skills; experience with recording/writing reports
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is essential
